Terms of business

Freedom Hypnosis is the practice of Simon Bates, an accredited cognitive hypnotherapist. Sessions are at the home office in West Norwood (Streatham / Dulwich) or online.

Sessions and fees

• A usual session is 90 minutes and costs £135, face-to-face or online.
• A first conversation of 20 minutes is free. It is not a treatment session.
• Central London appointments are not currently available.
• You can switch between online and face-to-face at short notice if that helps you attend.

Cancellation

The cancellation period is 24 hours. If you cannot attend inside that period, the session is charged. That is so the time stays available for people who will use it. Moving the same appointment between online and face-to-face does not count as a cancellation.

What this work is

This is brief therapy. It is not emergency care, and it is not a medical or psychiatric service. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent support in the UK, contact NHS 111 or the Samaritans on 116 123.

Confidentiality

What you say in a session stays in the session, except where the law or my professional body requires otherwise, for example a serious risk of harm. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy. How personal details are kept is set out in the privacy policy. Booking a paid session means you have read both.
