Help with panic attacks in Streatham & West Norwood
If a panic attack has ever convinced you that something terrible is about to happen, you already know how physical it is. Afterwards the fear of the next one can run the day. You can feel more in control of that cycle.

How I can help
We look at the panic cycle itself: the first jolt, the scary meaning you give it, and the fear of the fear. Then we soften the memory of previous attacks and practise a calmer response, using cognitive techniques, NLP and hypnotherapy. You leave with simple tools you can use between sessions.
What sessions are like
Sessions are 90 unrushed minutes, at the home office in West Norwood (SW16, near Streatham, Tulse Hill and Dulwich) or online across the UK. A session is £135, or four for £395. A free 20-minute call comes first, and we review how things are moving as we go. How many sessions varies from person to person. If travelling feels hard, we can meet online.
If something is new or changing in your body, please check it with your GP. I work alongside medical care, not instead of it.
