Confidence and performance nerves
If you freeze in interviews, dread a presentation, or compare yourself with everyone else in the room, the ability is often already there. Fear is what gets in front of it.

What it can feel like
- Freezing in interviews or going blank
- Dreading presentations, exams or performances
- Comparing yourself with other people
- A fear of failing that starts long before the day
How I can help
We remove the fear first. Natural confidence tends to follow once that noise drops. Then we get a clear picture of what a good performance looks like, so you can rehearse it. NLP, hypnotherapy and a recording you can listen to before the event are the usual tools. I see students, professionals, musicians, performers, learner drivers and people returning to work. The session is practical, and often lighter than people expect.
What sessions are like
Sessions are 90 unrushed minutes, at the home office in West Norwood (SW16, near Streatham, Tulse Hill and Dulwich) or online across the UK. A session is £135, or four for £395. A free 20-minute call comes first, and we review how things are moving as we go. How many sessions varies from person to person.
In clients’ own words
“Just to let you know I have been listening to the hypnosis track and it is working. I got through my first year with a high 2.1 with your help.”
“I decided to give myself some time to see how I function professionally and personally after our sessions, and I have to say that I am feeling more self-assured and comfortable in my own skin than I ever have before — enormous thanks to you.”
Questions people ask
- Can you help before a specific date?
- Yes. Tell me the date on the free call and we will see what can usefully be done before then.
- Do you work with teenagers?
- Tell me their age when you get in touch. I will say honestly whether this is the right work for them.
- Can I listen to a recording before the event?
- Often, yes. When a recording will help, I make one for you to use in your own time.
