Help to sleep better
If you lie awake replaying the day, or wake at 3am already thinking, the night stops being rest and becomes another job. Poor sleep is often an over-alert mind, not a lack of trying.

What it can feel like
- Lying awake replaying the day
- Waking in the small hours and staying awake
- Dreading bedtime because you know what is coming
- Feeling worn out, and still unable to switch off
How I can help
Worry and an over-alert mind are often what keep people awake. We calm those with metacognitive techniques and hypnotherapy, and often a relaxation recording to use at night. Sessions also cover a few simple wind-down habits. The aim is a mind that can leave the day alone. Poor sleep is not a failure of willpower. It is a pattern, and a pattern can change.
What sessions are like
Sessions are 90 unrushed minutes, at the home office in West Norwood (SW16, near Streatham, Tulse Hill and Dulwich) or online across the UK. A session is £135, or four for £395. A free 20-minute call comes first, and we review how things are moving as we go. How many sessions varies from person to person.
If poor sleep has gone on a long time, or you have other symptoms, talk to your GP. I can work alongside that.
In clients’ own words
“Christmas and New Year went well with very little anxiety at all. Since seeing you I haven’t worn a mask even in shops and doctors’ surgeries. I eat out and go to coffee shops without the slightest worry. I am sleeping really well. I don’t think I have been triggered — the trauma seems to be properly filed now. The whole process has been transformative. I think I am starting to feel like a better version of my old self.”
Questions people ask
- Will I fall asleep in the session?
- You might feel very relaxed. That is useful, and you do not have to stay awake out of politeness.
- Can I use the recording every night?
- Yes, if we make one. It is there for the nights when your mind will not settle.
- Is online just as good?
- For this work, yes. You can do it from the room you actually sleep in.
